6 med. sweet potatoes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Marshmallows
Crushed corn flakes

Boil 6 medium sweet potatoes, peel, mash potatoes. Add 1 egg beaten, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Shape into balls of any size. Put 1/2 a marshmallow inside each one. Then roll in crushed corn flakes. Fry in deep shortening until golden brown.
