TACO PIE 
1 baked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
8 oz. jar taco sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn chips
1 med. onion, chopped

Brown meat and onion. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Combine 1/3 taco sauce with refried beans.

Layer 1/2 bean, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese and all of corn chips. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be made ahead, frozen and baked at a later date. Thaw before baking.
