HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
14 slices white bread
1/2 to 3/4 lb. sliced ham
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Remove crust from bread and tear in half. Layer in greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bread, cover bottom of pan; ham, use half of ham to cover bread; cheese, use half of each to cover ham. Repeat layers.

Beat eggs, milk, and spices. Pour over ingredients in pan. Melt butter and mix with corn flake crumbs. Cover entire casserole with crumb mix. Cover and set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Experiment with your favorite cheeses and spices!
