1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired
1 stick butter

Pour peaches and juice into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Add chopped nuts, slice butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
