2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
32 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
3 c. diced peaches

Mix first 3 ingredients. Put 1/2 in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Save 1/2 for top. Melt marshmallows and milk; cool. Mix Dream Whip according to directions and fold into marshmallow mixture. Add 3 diced peaches. Pour into pan. Place crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
