PEACH DELIGHT 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Fresh or can slice peaches
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 tbsp. peach Jello
2 tbsp. flour

Use 9 by 11 1/2 pan. Mix first three ingredients pat into pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.

Mix next three ingredients put over cooled crust, then add sliced peaches over second layer.

Mix rest of ingredients. Bring to boil until clear, about 2 minutes. Cool and pour over the above.
