29 oz. can sliced peaches
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box yellow cake mix

Spread peaches and juice in 13"x9"x2" oblong pan evenly. Spread cake mix over peaches. Slice butter about 1/4" thick over cake mix. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream. Serves 12.
