PEACH DELIGHT 
5 c. chopped peaches
3 tbsp. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. peach Jello
1 Sara Lee Pound Cake
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix peaches and sugar. Sprinkle dry Jello over peaches. Cut cake in 1" chunks and put on top of peaches. Mix pudding and milk until half thick. Pour over cake. Top with Cool Whip. Let sit for a while before serving.
