CHICKEN AND RICE | |
1 chicken, cut in pieces 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. milk 1 1/2 c. rice--either instant or long grain mix Butter 9x13 pan and put rice in bottom. Cover with chicken pieces. Mix the soups and milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with 1/2 package dry Lipton onion soup mix. Seal tight with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours removing foil towards the end of baking to brown. |
