4 pieces cube steak
2 lg. potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Oil

Brown cube steak in oil. Place potatoes and onion on top of steak. Add tomato soup and water. Cook slowly until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes). Serve potato, onion and tomato mixture over mashed potatoes.
