SOPHIE'S "MURPHYS" DELICIOUS 
15 med. Idaho potatoes
3 cans crab meat
Juice from 1 can crab meat
1 1/2 lbs. sharp cheese, grated
2 onions, finely chopped
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Milk
Paprika

Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out potatoes, put in bowl and set shells aside. Mash potatoes with cheese, onions and butter until mixture is smooth. Add crab meat and juice, and blend. Add salt and pepper to taste and enough milk to make mixture creamy but not soupy. Fill shells with mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until well heated. Yield: 30 halves.
