CHICKEN DELICIOUS 
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage, cut up
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Grease pan. Arrange potatoes in a large shallow 3 quart casserole. Mix seasonings and sprinkle some on potatoes. Arrange chicken and sausage on top. Pour oil over mixture and sprinkle with rest of seasonings. Cover and bake in hot oven (425 degrees) for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 375 degrees, uncover and bake 30 minutes or longer until chicken and potatoes are well browned.
