1 lb. hamburger Potatoes, sliced or shredded (leave peeling on potatoes) 4 or 5 lg. carrots, sliced or shredded 1/2 head cabbage 1 lg. sliced or shredded onion Seasoned salt 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can mushroom soup Mash raw meat in bottom of electric skillet or casserole pan. Layer potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbage. Pour 1 can mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water, stirring well, over top of vegetables. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn heat to 325 degrees and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover top with Velveeta cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted. Serve. |
