DE - LISH CORNBREAD 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
1 egg
Dash of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
Dash of Tabasco

Saute onions in butter; set aside. Mix cornbread mix, egg, milk, corn, salt, and Tabasco. Pour batter into iron skillet. Spoon onions on the center of cornbread. Go around this with sour cream, then cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees until cornbread is done.
