CRAWFISH FETTUCINI 
1 lb. fettucini noodles
1 block butter
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 bunch green onion
1 c. cheese (any kind)
1 lb. crawfish tails

Cook noodles to package directions. Drain and set aside. Heat butter in pot and saute onions. Add cream and reduce to half. Add crawfish tails, parsley, and cheese. Cook 5 minutes. Add noodles.
