BROWNIES 
3 (4 oz.) pkgs. Bakers German sweet chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter until completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour. Add nuts, if desired, spread into greased brownie pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan. Melt together whipping cream and chocolate chips. Pour over brownies while warm. Refrigerate overnight.
