SCALLOPED LOBSTER 
2 c. lobster meat, cut up
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. half and half cream
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice & a few drops of onion juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper if desired

Mix in order given and put in greased baking dish. Cover with 1 cup buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven (350 degrees). NOTE: Crabmeat may be substituted for lobster meat.

Makes 4 servings.
