LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 c. small marshmallows
1 1/2 bananas, sliced
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 small egg, beaten
1/3 c. Cool Whip

Mix together the Jell-O, hot water, 7-Up, crushed pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Allow to soft set. Cook together the saved pineapple juice (add water if necessary to equal 1/2 cup), the sugar, flour and egg. Thicken over medium heat; cool.

After Jell-O has soft set and pudding is cool, mix the Cool Whip into the pudding and then mix that into the soft set Jell-O. Let set overnight.

Serves 10.
