ITALIAN SALAD 
1 lb. cooked Rotini noodles
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cucumber
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lg. tomato

Cook noodles. Cut up vegetables and mix with noodles.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar

Pour dressing (after mixing together) over noodles 24 hours before serving. Toss frequently during the 24 hours.
