CHEF'S SECRET POTATO SALAD 
4 lbs. boiled potatoes (sliced)
5 med. sized onions (chopped fine)
1/2 lb. bacon (cut into sm. pieces)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 raw egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Black pepper
Chopped parsley

Put onions, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, water in saucepan and after bring to a boil, pour over sliced potatoes. Fry the pieces of bacon golden brown and add to potatoes. Break one raw egg over the salad. Add chopped parsley and mix well. Let stand for at least 6 hours.
