CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 chicken breasts, boned and cut in 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. diced celery
1 lg. cut up onion
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In large skillet fry cut up raw chicken in 2 tablespoons oil. add 1 cup diced celery and 1 cut up onion. Cook 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water chestnuts, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup chicken broth, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and a teaspoon sugar. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch in 3 tablespoons water. Add to contents. Serve over rice, lo mein, or chow mein noodles.
