BAKED CHEESE NOODLES 
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter or shortening

In a bowl combine cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar, mixing well. Set aside.

Boil wide noodles for 5 minutes, strain, pour into bowl. Melt butter or shortening and pour over noodles; mix. Pour half of noodle mixture into baking dish. Pour cheese filling on top of noodles.

Spread remaining noodles on top of cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar (optional). Cut into slices, like pie, and serve.
