RASPBERRY OPEN FACE PIE 
4 c. berries
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream

Mix together and pour over berries in unbaked pie shell. Bake 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Check for doneness with knife in middle. Put foil around crust edge if getting too brown. Can also be made with blueberries.
