RAVE REVIEW COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped black walnuts

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. angel flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend cake mix and pudding. Mix water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat all at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts.

Pour into 2 layer pans (greased and floured). Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
