SAUSAGE - PASTA SOUP 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1 c. water
2 oz. salami in strips
3 oz. uncooked rotini

Remove sausage from casing. Brown sausage and onion; drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, broth, water and salami; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add rotini and simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is tender. Makes 4 servings.
