SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. cleaned, deveined uncooked shrimp
1/4 c. butter and olive oil (total)
1 tsp. white pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley

Heat butter and olive oil. Saute garlic and onion until clear. Turn off and set aside for 10 minutes. Sprinkle white pepper over shrimp; reheat skillet. Saute shrimp and mushrooms until shrimp are opaque. Juice the lemon into shrimp. Mix flour and water and stir in until desired thickness. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with onion and parsley.
