DUFF'S BREAD PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. powdered milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) bread torn into pieces or can use cinnamon bread
1 c. raisins

Mix water and milk. Add eggs, blend salt, vanilla, sugar with liquid. Add raisins and melted butter. Mix bread into liquid until moistened. Pour into well greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan until brown. Place in a pan of water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce.

VANILLA SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
2 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Bring to a boil. Pour over warm pudding and serve while warm.
