1 box UNCLE BEN'S® brown rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Prepare rice according to directions on box. Add mushroom soup, pecans, mushrooms and cheese. Top with cheese. Bake in casserole dish 35 minutes at 350 degrees. | |
