BAKED HOT POTATO SALAD 
Cook and then peel 2 quarts potatoes. Cube potatoes into a 9x11 inch casserole dish. Mix in Miracle Whip to coat potatoes well. Add:

1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. or more fried crisp diced bacon
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
