BAKED CARROTS 
2 lb. carrots
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter, cut into little pieces
1 (5 oz.) can Carnation milk
2 eggs, beaten
Approximately 1/4 c. fine crumbs, sprinkled on top

Cook carrots tightly covered in boiling salted water. Partially mash carrots. Add other ingredients and bake in 2 quart dish 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
