CREOLE BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 med. onions, peeled and quartered
6 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
6 carrots, peeled and halved

CREOLE SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Brown chops in frying pan. Place in roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour Creole Sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
