CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
4 slices lemon
1 med. onion, sliced
4 green pepper rings
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1 c. tomatoes

Place pork chops in heavy skillet and brown lightly. Turn and add slices of lemon, onion, green pepper and chopped celery. Sprinkle with seasonings and add tomatoes. Cover and simmer until tender (about 30 minutes). Serve over cooked rice.
