PACIFIC LIME MOLD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (or 9 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish

Dissolve Jello in water. Add juice from pineapple (strained). Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold into butter, cottage cheese. Beat again. Fold in nuts, horseradish and crushed pineapple. Chill until set. (Ring mold or 8 individual molds).
