SPRINGTIME LIME SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. broken nuts
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Dissolve the lime gelatin in the 3/4 cup boiling water. Cool slightly, then stir in Pet milk. Chill until as thick as unbeaten egg whites. Fold in lemon juice, pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts, celery and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Pour into an 8" square pan, or a mold holding about 5 cups. Chill until firm. Cut into squares or slice and serve on lettuce. Serves 4 for 2 meals.
