CHICKEN DINNER 
6 boneless chicken breasts
Bread crumbs to coat chicken
2 eggs, beaten
Oil to cook chicken in
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken breasts in bread crumbs, then eggs. Brown in pan filled with oil, enough to almost cover chicken. Brown chicken, then place in 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Put mushroom soup on top. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
