SESAME COATED CHICKEN ROLLS | |
3 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs 4 boneless chicken breast halves 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 slices boiled ham 4 slices Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. paprika Place sesame seeds in glass pie plate and microwave, uncovered, on high for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir 2 to 3 times. Stir in dry bread crumbs and turn onto wax paper. Flatten breasts to 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper. Top with ham and cheese. Roll up beginning at narrow end. Secure. Microwave butter 20 seconds on high. Roll breasts in butter then crumb mixture. Place seam side down in a spoke-fashion in 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with paper towel. Microwave 6 to 9 minutes on high. Rotate 1/4 turn every 2 minutes until firm. Let stand 5 minutes. |
