CHICKEN ROLL UPS 
4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
4 slices ham or Canadian bacon
4 slices Swiss cheese
Melted butter
Bread crumbs or crushed crackers

Pound chicken breasts between pieces of waxed paper until 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Put 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on each chicken breast. Roll and coat with butter. Roll in crumbs. Place in glass pie plate (around outside edges). Microwave on high for 6 minutes. (It does get done.) Serve with rice and vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
