BEST BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE EVER | |
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese 2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter 1 1/2 cylinders Ritz crackers, crushed Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Parboil frozen broccoli for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. In medium saucepan, melt Velveeta cheese and one stick of butter. Drain broccoli well and put into square baking dish. Pour melted cheese and butter mixture over broccoli. Melt remaining stick of butter. Add crushed crackers, stirring until well coated. Sprinkle crackers over top of broccoli and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese starts to bubble. |
