BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. white minute rice 1 - 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 small onion, diced - optional 1 - 16 oz. bag frozen cut broccoli Put butter in dish, in oven, so it will melt while oven is pre-heating. Then add onion, rice, mushroom soup, evaporated milk, cheese and broccoli on top. Put in oven like is. Leave in for 30 minutes, take out, stir everything together, put aluminum foil over dish and bake for another 30 minutes. |
