OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c. buttermilk or lowfat milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine oats and whole wheat flour in mixing bowl. Add milk, beaten eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Beat until a batter is formed. Drop by tablespoons onto a nonstick skillet. Brown on one side, turn brown other side. Makes 8 pancakes.
