BANANA BREAD 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 mashed bananas (very ripe!)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
Nuts, raisins, or dates may be added

Mix in order given. Bake 1 hour in slow oven (325 to 350 degrees). Start for 15 minutes. Cool in pan. Can be frozen. Very good spread with cream cheese.
