END OF THE LINE HAM CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Ground pepper
2 lg. uncooked potatoes, sliced
1 med. sized onion, chopped
2 c. ham, diced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine soup and milk. Add a good grind of pepper. Layer the potatoes, ham and onion. Pour sauce over the top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Uncover and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake uncovered another 20 minutes. This recipe can be doubled. This is good served with fruit salad and some crusty French bread. (Can be assembled ahead of time.)
