BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
18 crackers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Cook broccoli in salted water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain well.

2. Saute onion in butter until tender but not brown.

3. Combine broccoli, onion, corn and egg in a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.

4. Combine crackers and butter. Spoon over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and set in center.
