BEEF AND TOMATO CURRY | |
1/2 lb. round steak 1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon 1/2 c. water 2 lg. tomatoes 2 1/2 cups 1 green pepper 2 med. onions 1 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. water 3/4 tsp. salt Cut meat into 1 x 2 inch strips spray skillet with Pam. Cook meat and bouillon until tender. Add tomatoes, peeled and cut up, sliced green peppers and sliced onion, curry powder, sugar and cook to boiling. Cover and cook on medium for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water stir into mixture until thick and boiling. Cook 1 minute. Serve over no yoke noodles. Serves 4. |
