SKILLET HOT DOGS | |
1 lb. hot dogs 1/3 c. finely chopped onions 1/3 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 clove garlic, minced 3 tbsp. shortening 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar 2 tsp. prepared mustard 4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional) Brown onion, celery and garlic in shortening in heavy skillet. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Add hot dogs. Cover nd simmer 20 minutes. |
