BAKED PEARS 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 29 oz. cans pears, drained

Place pears in a baking dish. Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is clear and thickened. Spread sauce over pears and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
