SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 (14 oz.) can kraut, well drained and snip if not chopped
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. more bread crumbs

Cook sausage and onions until well done. Drain and add sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, parsley, garlic salt, mustard, and pepper. Stir into sauerkraut mixture; chill. Shape into small balls; dip into egg-milk mixture and roll in flour bread crumb mixture and place on greased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Bake, uncovered.
