CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT BALLS 
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. coconut
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. nuts, chopped

Melt butter slowly and add milk. Stir in powdered sugar and salt. Add coconut and nuts. Chill until easy to handle. Roll into balls. Insert toothpick into each ball. Place on a cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper. Place in freezer until frozen.

Melt 1/2 package chocolate chips and 1/4 block of paraffin wax. Dip each candy ball into chocolate and place on wax paper. Remove toothpick. Smooth chocolate over hole. Take only a few at a time from the freezer to keep the balls from getting soft.
