BEEF SANDWICH 
3 lb. cubed lean beef (or stew meat)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 env. dry Lipton onion soup mix

Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 60 minutes or night before in crock pot on low. Stir several times while cooking so that beef becomes shredded. Serve as sandwiches. Note: 4 pounds of beef may be used if the taste of onion is preferred milder.
