CHICKEN MANDARIN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. macaroni of any shape
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery, macaroni and salad dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Then add oranges, nuts, and fold in whipped cream last.
